Crochet Mug Cozy Pattern
Note: Leave an 80cm (approx.) long tail at the beginning of your work to use when adding your handle loop.
Row 1
Chain for height of mug (odd number), Work 1 sc, and 1 Hdc in 2nd chain from hook, skip next stitch *sc, hdc, skip next stitch* repeat from * to* until last stitch, ch1 turn.
Row 2
Work 1 sc, and 1 Hdc in sc of previous row, skip next stitch (hdc) *sc,hdc, skip next stitch* repeat from * to* until last sc, ch1 turn.
Repeat row 2 until you have reached desired length. (Circumference of Mug)
Handle Loops
Work 1 sc and 1 hdc in 1st sc of last row, chain for height of handle, 1sc and 1 hdc in last stitch of previous row. Fasten off and cut yarn.
Using long tail repeat the handle loop row, at the beginning of Row 1, working into the starting chain.
